FOR OPERATORS
A new guest product.
Designed around your operation.
Additional revenue per visitor
Turn a moment guests cannot film themselves into a personal video they can preview and choose to buy.
No editing for your team
The workflow handles capture, AI-assisted selection, editing and delivery.
Your attraction, your brand
The guest interface, QR journey and final formats can be configured around the attraction's identity.
A pilot you can measure
Track participation, previews, purchases and operational workload using real pilot data.
FINISHED OUTPUT
Not raw clips.
Finished guest VLOGs.
These demonstration VLOGs were created at tourism destinations in China. The operating model is now being adapted for Europe, with project coordination in Italy.
FROM RIDE TO READY VIDEO
Five steps.
One guest journey.

- 01 / CAPTURE
Cameras cover selected high-value moments
Fixed camera points are planned around the attraction's movement, site conditions and operating constraints.
- 02 / MATCHING
Guests find their own experience
The digital retrieval flow is configured for the site and the agreed privacy choices.
- 03 / EDITING
The system builds the VLOG
Selected sequences become a short story with pacing, music and destination branding.
- 04 / PREVIEW
Guests see the result before buying
The finished video is presented through a simple, guided journey.
- 05 / DELIVERY
Purchase, download and voluntary sharing
The personal video is delivered to the guest's phone. Sharing remains the guest's choice.

START WITH A PILOT
Measure first.
Scale second.
Every attraction differs in speed, light, connectivity and guest flow. We begin with a technical and commercial site assessment.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Compliance is part
of the project.
No fixed retention period is assumed. Duration, deletion and access rules are defined before the pilot.
Privacy notices, legal basis, consent where required, roles and suppliers are documented for the selected configuration.
The guest journey can be designed to minimise data, steps and reliance on attraction staff.

Do you sell cameras or provide a managed service?
Each project is designed as a complete system covering site assessment, configuration, installation, the guest journey, support and the commercial model. The final structure depends on the attraction.
Is an upfront investment required?
We do not publish a standard package. Depending on the site, a revenue share model may be considered as part of the pilot structure.
How much work does this require from our staff?
The pilot is designed to limit routine tasks. Actual staff time is measured during the pilot rather than assumed in advance.
Does it only work for alpine coasters?
No. Alpine coasters are a priority use case, but the system can be adapted to open chairlifts, ziplines, adventure parks, water attractions and amusement parks.
How do you handle privacy and guest matching?
The process is defined before installation. Privacy notice, legal basis, consent where required, retention, access and suppliers must match the actual configuration.
How do we know whether the project works?
Commercial and operational metrics are agreed before the pilot. Any decision to extend the system is based on collected data.
